BIG SHOUTOUT to Christensen`s Home Furnishings for taking care of the Salon this week! Our washer started with a little leak (no big deal, lol), then it turned into a full blown replace-the-towels-around-it-every-few-hours situation. I called them up and brainstormed my situation. Tim was knowledgeable and understanding of the amount of laundry that may pass through these machines, took a couple days to research our options and then -here we are! Ready to go again! Their crew was polite and clean, took the old ones and left our space better than it was before! 💪🏻 Highly recommend!!!

We are officially turning the chapter from fall to winter holiday! We have about 14 still beautiful pumpkins up for grabs in front of the salon-is anyone in need for their farm animals, etc? I will leave them out until Monday if you could use them, swing in and grab them! I’ll toss them in the compost on Monday if they are still there.

One of the things I treasure most about our team is the way we show up for each other. We don’t just work side by side—we lift each other up. We celebrate the wins, we talk through the challenges, we share meals, laughs, and sometimes even a few “we made it through the week” happy tears.

This morning was one of those sweet reminders.
Shout out to Lyndsey — one of our senior stylists (and currently in the running for Best of Nisqually Stylist! 🎉) — for bringing in a cozy post–Election Day comfort food breakfast (Mr. Dougs😍). It was exactly what we needed. Warm hearts, full bellies, and that grounded, caring energy that sets our salon apart.

Grateful for this crew. Grateful for our community.
